The Therapy pool is surrounded by loungers, which can get busy on sea days. A one-day SpaClub Passport is reasonably priced, although the use of spa facilities is included in the price of a treatment. The King's Court (self-service buffet restaurant on lido deck 7 midship) was majorly redesigned. Both central-location elevators were removed to create a vast open space. This way, the central buffet stations area became more open, allowing an easygoing flow. The restaurant’s seating was also reconfigured for a less crowded experience, adding the convenience of pre-set tables and waiter-served drinks.
Deck Three
The Britannia Club is an exclusive space reserved for guests in AA Britannia Balcony Club Staterooms. The menu is the same as that found in the main Britannia Restaurant, albeit with a selection of a la carte dishes. Choose a Princess Suite on Queen Mary 2 and enjoy a spacious private balcony, an Illy coffee maker and access to the Princess Grill restaurant. There are six accommodation categories on Queen Mary 2, separated into different grades depending on their position on the ship and the included amenities. As standard, all accommodation categories provide ensuite bathroom facilities, a satellite television, storage space, and complimentary robe and slippers.

The luxury ship was remastered in June 2016 with new contemporary interior designs that were inspired by the original Queen Mary, a symbol of British elegance. Despite these issues, traveling on QM2 still feels like a special experience, and there's a feeling of quiet excitement onboard.
